Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our team for an initial 12 months contract.

The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and documenting current state information, becoming a subject matter expert to inform the transition to the new ECM solution through effective engagement with business representatives, project team members, and implementation partners.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Demonstrated experience working on enterprise-level ICT projects in a similar capacity in a large, complex organisation
  • Previous experience contributing to Information Management projects with a focus on high-value, quality features and requirements
  • Negotiation skills with business and technical groups and demonstrated ability to build consensus among many stakeholders
  • Demonstrated analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated skills in Visio (BPMN) and Excel
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills
