Senior Project Manager

The role of the Senior Project Manager is to lead the delivery of complex, high-value technology and information management projects.

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-level ICT projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Partner with Project Sponsors to shape business cases, define requirements, and secure approvals.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive change readiness and ensure new systems and processes are successfully embedded.
  • Deliver clear and insightful reporting to executives, boards, and steering committees.
  • Identify, manage, and communicate risks, issues, and dependencies across the portfolio.
  • Provide expertise in data analytics, systems integration, and information management domains.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years' experience managing enterprise technology and information management projects.
  • Strong background in ICT delivery, with proven success in leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Degree in IT, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Project Management accreditation (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM).
  • Expertise in EDRMS systems, eDocs, OpenText, and Information/Data Governance principles.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and manage executive-level stakeholders.
