**Job Overview:**

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage a dynamic team in the integrated operation of complex enterprise information systems.

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for analyzing performance results, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategic solutions to meet defined service levels.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive expert knowledge of current and emerging technologies, with the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of integration opportunities within a healthcare environment.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze performance results and recommend improvements to meet defined service levels
  • Manage team's operations, including developing and contributing to funding strategies
  • Demonstrate ability to lead, manage and mentor a team at strategic and operational levels
  • Develop and promote ITIL Service Management processes primarily incident / problem / change / release management
  • Negotiate and manage contracts and service level agreements with emphasis on customer focus
  • Manage resources, budget preparation, financial costing / modeling and financial management

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

To secure this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Extensive expert knowledge of current and emerging technologies / innovation
  • Able to rapidly acquire knowledge of integration opportunities within a healthcare environment
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and promote ITIL Service Management processes
  • Experience in negotiating and managing contracts and service level agreements
  • Well-developed management skills, interpersonal, written and oral communication and knowledge
