We are seeking a seasoned Peoplesoft Functional Consultant to join our team in this pivotal role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaising with customers and colleagues to deliver Peoplesoft solutions effectively.
  • Analysing, designing, testing and deploying Peoplesoft enhancements, reports and regular application updates and patches efficiently.
  • Definition and preparation of approach and/or standards documentation accurately.
  • Requirements Elicitation, Specification & Fit-Gap for successful project execution.
  • Business Process Modelling and Specification using Peoplesoft Campus Solutions expertise.
  • Functional Design Specification for customisations and enhancements (including interfaces and reports) on time.
  • Configuration Design and Build of Peoplesoft applications securely.
  • Security Design and implementation of Peoplesoft systems compliantly.
  • Test Planning, Preparation, Execution and Defect Management for quality assurance.
  • Upgrades and Patching related Projects with minimal downtime.
  • Quality management: review of key deliverables; promote consistency in solution; ensure adherence to scope; and ensure adherence to Program standards and procedures rigorously.
Required Skills:
  • Advanced understanding of Peoplesoft Campus Solutions principles.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues during both implementation projects and BAU support services successfully.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience implementing or supporting Peoplesoft Campus Solutions effectively.
  • Excellent requirements gathering skills and ability to translate business requirements into functional design specifications clearly.
  • Prior experience working in a formal project environment with Peoplesoft Campus Solutions.
  • Proven ability to perform Analysis, Design, Configuration and Test activities for Peoplesoft Campus Solutions efficiently.
  • Good interpersonal skills, establishing good working relationships with Project Team members, the business and other stakeholders effectively.
  • Possess a good command of the English language, written and verbal for effective communication.
  • Ability to work as a part of a project team collaboratively.
