PeopleSoft Developer – HCM

Experience:
5+ years

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and test integrations, enhancements, and reports (SQR, Application Engine, IB, API, BI Publisher).
  • Create/modify components, fluid pages, tiles, file layouts, process definitions, and related configurations.
  • Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM Core HR, interfaces with Global Payroll, and latest PeopleTools.
  • Prepare technical designs, perform peer code reviews, and resolve issues within SLAs.

PeopleSoft HCM – Global Payroll Specialist

Experience:
10+ years

Responsibilities:

  • In-depth expertise in PeopleSoft HCM Global Payroll, specifically Australia payroll module.
  • Experience in HR (ESS, MSS), Talent Acquisition, Absence Management, Time & Labor, eCompensation.
  • Functional design, configuration, testing, and preparation of documentation.
  • Assist in requirements gathering, effort estimation, and mapping business needs to PeopleSoft.
