Job Overview

We seek a skilled Functional Peoplesoft Specialist to fill this key role.

  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in requirements gathering, analysis and design of Peoplesoft solutions.
  • They will be able to translate business needs into functional specifications and troubleshoot implementation issues.

A strong understanding of Peoplesoft Campus Solutions is essential for success.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in implementing or supporting Peoplesoft Campus Solutions is required.



Responsibilities:
  1. Liaise with customers and colleagues for consultation, requirements gathering, design, implementation and ongoing support of Peoplesoft solutions.
  2. Analyse, design, test and deploy Peoplesoft enhancements, reports and regular application updates and patches.
  3. Define and prepare any required approach and/or standards documentation;
  4. Elicit customer requirements, specify and conduct fit-gap analysis;
  5. Model and specify business processes;
  6. Design specifications for customisations and enhancements (including interfaces and reports);
  7. Configure and build Peoplesoft systems;
  8. Plan, execute and manage testing and defect resolution;
  9. Manage upgrades and patching related projects.
