Senior PeopleSoft Consultant
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior PeopleSoft Functional Consultant to join our Sydney-based practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with customers and colleagues for consultancy, requirements gathering, design, implementation, and ongoing support of PeopleSoft solutions.
Assist customers with analysing, designing, testing, and deploying PeopleSoft enhancements, reports, and regular application updates and patches.
Define and prepare required approach and/or standards documentation.
Elicit requirements, specify, and perform fit-gap analysis.
Develop business process models and specifications.
Create functional design specifications for customisations and enhancements (including interfaces and reports).
Design and build configurations.
Design security measures.
Plan, prepare, execute, and manage tests, and defects.
Lead upgrades and patching-related projects.
Ensure quality management: review key deliverables; promote consistency in solutions; ensure scope adherence; and adhere to program standards and procedures.
Provide functional inputs to other streams such as technical upgrade, development, test, and deployment.
Mentor and train team members.
