HSE Advisor Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated HSE professional to join our team on the Gold Coast.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor effective health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to project teams on HSE matters.
  • Coordinate and deliver HSE training programs to promote a culture of safety.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and ensure appropriate corrective measures are taken.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HSE regulations and industry best practices.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as an HSE Advisor in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant HSE regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Certification or qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or a related field.
