Job Description

As a HSE Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and successful delivery of site works. You will assist in reviewing documents and plans, providing input into HSE and quality plans, and coordinating with project managers and site managers to ensure adequate resource allocation.

  • Assist in the development of HSE and quality plans, ensuring alignment with company standards.
  • Conduct regular HSE inspections and assessments, reporting findings and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Communicate plan requirements to the wider project team and provide support in implementing plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Cert IV WHS – Minimum
  • Management system software experience (e.g., Hammertech)
  • Proven experience as an HSE Advisor or similar role within the commercial construction space
  • In-depth knowledge of HSE legislation, standards, and best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage employees at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
