Clinical Nurse Leader

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to lead our Oncology Ward as Associate Nurse Unit Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and operational direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement evidence-based nursing practices to improve unit efficiency and effectiveness.
Accountabilities and Requirements
- Assist in managing daily resources, including personnel, finances, and materials.
- Hold current Registration with AHPRA and Working with Children check.
- Maintain specialty oncology nursing experience (minimum 2 years).
- Possess a Degree in a relevant specialty area.
- Demonstrate sound clinical knowledge, compliance with ACQSHC National standards, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Exemplify positive role modelling behaviours, excellent customer service focus, time management, and prioritisation.
- Able to manage a dynamic and changing environment with high computer literacy, including MS Office and various databases.
