Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Leader to lead our fertility nursing department and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of fertility care.

About the Role

The Senior Clinical Leader will be responsible for building, managing, and mentoring our nursing team while ensuring that patient care remains at the heart of everything we do. This role is both strategic and hands-on, with responsibilities across clinical leadership, team development, patient care, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction to the nursing department, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee nursing policies, systems, and protocols to ensure world-class patient care.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop nursing staff, ensuring mandatory training and performance reviews are consistently maintained.
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives, audits, and compliance in line with industry standards.
  • Monitor and manage patient feedback, resolving clinical complaints with professionalism and care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Registration as a Registered Nurse and/or Midwife (AHPRA).
  • Significant experience in infertility nursing, with ongoing professional development in the field.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing nursing teams within a healthcare environment.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, quality assurance, and clinical governance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with patients, staff, and external stakeholders.
