Key Responsibilities
  • Organise and attend team and stakeholder meetings
  • Facilitate meetings and document minutes
  • Prepare presentation materials and administer requests
  • Coordinate interface with other functions and support Engineering resources
  • Support purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor onboarding
  • Financial reporting and documentation input
  • Interact with colleagues and stakeholders in a positive and professional manner
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role supporting Engineering Contractors
  • Familiarity with project management and reporting software
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to show initiative and provide solutions
  • Advanced reporting writing, interpersonal, and communications skills
  • Ability to work across multi-functions and engineering disciplines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
