About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of facility maintenance
- Ensure compliance with OHS and public safety regulations, and maintain accurate records of incidents and near-misses
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency
- Provide training and coaching to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Strong leadership and management experience, with a proven track record of achieving results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders
- Knowledge of OHS and public safety regulations, and experience in maintaining accurate records
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
- Current First Aid (Level 2) and Current CPR Certificate, National Police Check, and Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
