Duty Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including customer services, pools, and the health club.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for patrons.
- Ensure compliance with OHS and public safety regulations, and maintain a high level of technical knowledge of pool plant systems and water quality principles.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including incident reports and customer feedback.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Current First Aid (Level 2) and CPR Certificate, National Police Check, and current Pool Lifeguard Certificate.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
