Duty Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including customer services, pools, and the health club.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of pool plant systems, requiring technical knowledge of plant rooms and water quality principles.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Ensure compliance with OHS and public safety regulations.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and management experience, with a proven track record of inspiring and motivating teams.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Current First Aid (Level 2) and Current CPR Certificate.
- National Police Check.
- Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate.
- Current Pool Operations Certificate is desirable.
