Nightfill Manager Duty Manager

Bernardi's are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nightfill Manager Duty Manager to join our team in Bathurst, NSW.
About the Role:
The Nightfill Manager Duty Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store during night fill hours. This includes managing the night fill team, maintaining store standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the night fill team to ensure efficient and effective operation of the store
- Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, organization, and merchandising
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise
- Implement and maintain store procedures and policies
- Conduct regular store walks to monitor store standards and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement plans to improve store performance and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of the store
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a night fill environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
