Clinical Midwifery Educator Role

We are seeking a highly experienced midwife to lead and mentor our team, promoting high-quality care in a dynamic maternity service.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth and development of our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver education and training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Support and collaborate with staff across multiple units, including Birth Unit, Antenatal Clinic, Postnatal, and Newborn Care.
  • Mentor students, early-career midwives, and new team members to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Promote evidence-based care practices and work collaboratively with the education and leadership team to drive excellence in patient care.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Current registration with AHPRA as a registered midwife or nurse practitioner.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • Applicable vaccination requirements for a Category A role.
  • Working With Children Check (WWCC).
