As a seasoned leader, you will oversee and direct a small team of API specialists. Their primary focus will be on supporting external integrations with customers and digital partners.

  • This role involves close collaboration with Digital Partners to ensure seamless registration and subscription to APIs. Additionally, you will manage and configure MuleSoft and IBM API Connect APIs, develop comprehensive documentation on support processes and policies, and effectively allocate work amongst the team members. It is also essential to provide guidance and direction, utilize strong communication and stakeholder management skills, troubleshoot issues, and closely work with technical teams to monitor API health and collate reports.

To excel in this position, you will require at least 5 years' experience working with APIs and/or Integration, demonstrated expertise in managing small teams, exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, and experience developing and maintaining documentation. Furthermore, you must be comfortable with innovative approaches to accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development.
