We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team and support individuals in their return to work after sustaining an injury or illness.
About the RoleThis is a rewarding role that requires strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. As an Occupational Therapist at IPAR, you will be working with clients who have sustained injuries or illnesses and need support to return to work and independence.
Your primary responsibility will be to assess client needs, develop strategies and interventions for a safe return to pre-injury activities, and provide education and guidance to ensure successful outcomes.
Responsibilities- Assess client needs and develop individualized plans to facilitate return to work and independence
- Provide education and guidance to clients and their families to promote understanding of injury prevention and management strategies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
- Full registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)
- Allied Health Qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Competitive salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum
