About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Community Care Specialist. As an integral member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in delivering evidence-based services to people of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and provide interventions for children and adults living with a range of disabilities
  • Work within the NDIS framework to maximize clients' levels of function, capacity, and social engagement
  • Assist clients with assistive technology assessment, recommendations, and applications
  • Timely documentation and report writing
  • Manage a varied caseload
  • Meet company professional expectations, including billables and effective client management
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in occupational therapy
  • Discipline-specific professional registration (AHPRA)
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination (or valid exemption)
  • Police Check and International Police Check (for individuals who have lived overseas)
  • Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Car insurance
