We are seeking a highly skilled OCCUPATIONAL REHABILITATION SPECIALIST to join our esteemed team at Gorilla Jobs. As a dedicated Psychologist, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to regain their health and return to work.

Our client is a renowned independent provider of occupational rehabilitation and injury management services across Victoria. They have an unwavering commitment to excellence in helping individuals regain their health and return to work.

The ideal candidate will possess tertiary qualifications in Psychology, be registered with AHPRA/ASORC, and hold unrestricted Australian Working Rights. You will also require a current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle.

About the Role
  • You will deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services to support clients in restoring functional performance and achieving successful outcomes.
  • You will conduct worksite and functional assessments to identify barriers to Return to Work (RTW) and develop tailored rehabilitation programs.
  • You will liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders to provide viable solutions and recommendations for clients.

  • A competitive salary: $85,000 - $140,000 + Superannuation (based on experience).
