Transformation Delivery Lead for Learning and Development Programs

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Delivery Lead to join our Learning and Development team in Australia.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team who deliver learning solutions for our Transformation Program. This includes planning, managing, scheduling, and implementing learning programs, solutions, and offerings to ensure an exceptional learning experience for our customers across the program.

You will also manage a team of Delivery specialists, including resource management, coaching, and advising on facilitation methods, mediums, and approaches.

The successful candidate will report to the Senior Manager for Learning and Development Transformation Solutions and engage with business stakeholders to plan, prioritise, and execute the learning delivery for the program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team delivering learning solutions for the Transformation Program
  • Manage a team of Delivery specialists, including resource management and coaching
  • Report to the Senior Manager for Learning and Development Transformation Solutions
  • Engage with business stakeholders to plan and execute learning delivery for the program

About You:

We are looking for someone with extensive learning and development experience in a complex and heavily regulated industry, in a medium to large organisation, and contemporary knowledge of learning methods and technology.

You will have qualifications in a relevant discipline with relevant accreditations, such as Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders.
