Job Opportunity: Experienced Aged Care Facility Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Facility Manager to lead our residential aged care facilities. This role involves providing leadership, stability, and expertise to support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee operational and clinical management, ensuring compliance with organisational policy and government regulations.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care, promoting a culture of safety, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and clinical documentation aligned with current legislation and internal procedures.
  • Support and mentor staff to promote best practice in care delivery.
  • Manage resources and occupancy levels effectively, contributing to the financial sustainability of the facility.
Requirements:
  • At least two years' experience in aged care management, including recent experience as a Facility Manager in a Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ACFI, aged care funding models, Quality Standards, and accreditation processes.
  • Current Police Check and Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration, or willingness to obtain prior to placement.
