Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience as a Care Manager or in a similar role within a large aged care setting.

AHPRA registration as a Div 1 nurse is essential.

Knowledge of funding and accreditation processes, as well as care planning expertise, are crucial for success.

Effective experience with clinical software packages is required.
