Senior Leadership Role

Aged care is a rapidly evolving sector, and as Senior Executive of our regional Not for Profit Residential Aged Care Organisation, you will play a key role in shaping the future of care services. Our organisation provides personalised and supported care to each of their residents in a beautiful family-friendly town that offers an escape from the busyness of living in Metro areas.

This is a challenging yet rewarding position, requiring strong leadership and management skills, as well as a deep understanding of aged care standards and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight to ensure exceptional service to all staff and residents.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong leadership experience at a senior level in a rural aged care environment;
  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant area such as Business, Finance, Health or similar;
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills;
  • Experience working collaboratively with Boards to set a clear strategy and business focus;
  • Competency in a senior level of financial management, including reviewing and analysing budgets and reports;
  • Strategic and critical thinking and planning capability.

Job Requirements
  • Leadership experience in a rural aged care environment;

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans;
  • Motivating and inspiring the team to deliver high-quality care services.
