The Position

We are seeking a bright, proactive, and committed customer service team member to join our fast-paced customer service team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Exceed internal and external customer expectations by taking ownership of enquiries through to completion.
  • Generate sales by recognising sales opportunities while representing our business in a professional manner.
  • Ensure high standards of professionalism and customer service at all times.
  • Taking high volume Inbound phone calls in fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving for customers and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell in line with KPIs.
  • Accurate and timely entry of quotes and orders.
  • Conversion of quotes to orders.
  • Face-to-face counter sales.
  • Effective time management of daily work tasks.
  • Understanding the importance of company process and compliance guidelines, ensuring compliance.
  • Strong telephone and administrative skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • A positive outlook and flexible work attitude with a proactive 'can do' approach.
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
