Marketing Director

As Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and developing effective marketing strategies for The Signal Group, a leading provider of staff identification and branded merchandise solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement B2B marketing and communications strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and Group Sales Manager to develop a fully integrated digital marketing strategy, including EDMs, SEO, Paid Social, and Paid Search/SEM.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the website, including adding and editing products, updating content, and basic maintenance.
- Oversee social media management, including developing social media direction, creating and curating content, and managing day-to-day social media posts and interactions.
- Coordinate graphic designers to create compelling visual assets for website, digital campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Manage marketing budgets and analyze ROI to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to the wider marketing team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork and collaboration.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or related field.
- 5+ years' experience in marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, or similar roles, particularly within a B2B environment.
- Experience in online product sales with a proven record of driving sales growth.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, Paid Search/SEM, Social (paid and organic), and Affiliate marketing.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics.
- Technical knowledge and understanding of e-commerce platforms and plugins.
- Demonstrated experience with marketing automation tools and EDM platforms.
- Confident communication skills and ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing a small team.
