We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to lead our team as an Assistant Concession Manager. As a key member of the store management team, this individual will be responsible for leading sales assistants and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service, creating a memorable experience and understanding customer needs.
  • Maintain a business savvy approach, continually looking for new and better ways to improve service and sales.
  • Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and support the Store Manager in effective stock management.
  • Foster a sense of belonging and community spirit among team members and customers.
  • Effectively lead teams and provide support and development to enable team members to grow.
Requirements:
  • The ideal candidate will have an affinity with the brand and live, love and breathe its product.
  • Demonstrated experience within a customer-led industry, preferably with team management experience.
  • A self-starter who is flexible in line with business needs.
  • Bubbly, passionate and committed, holding a professional stance and leading by example.
  • A strong commercial acumen and business nous.
  • Goal-oriented, effectively meeting targets and supporting team member targets.
