Customer Service Professional

The primary objective of this role is to ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage overdue accounts, cancellations and enquiries, meeting company targets by adhering to set standards and deadlines.
  • Supervise the Reception team, providing training and ongoing support for new employees to help them grow within the organization.
  • Rostering of Reception team, working closely with Retail Manager to ensure adequate staff are working at critical times.
  • Collaborate with the Reception team to meet and exceed customer service targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Utilize computer and software systems to look up member details, create access key tags, process purchases and assist members with booking classes while ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Maintain venue cleanliness ensuring reception area is always neat and tidy, which contributes to a positive image of the organization.

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of computer systems and software applications relevant to the role.
