Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic customer service representative to support our valued customers and enhance their experience.

About the Role

This is a permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 7:00pm, with two days per week working from home after a two-week in-office training period.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
  • Resolve, manage, and escalate problems logged by customers effectively.
  • Capture data accurately and work towards realistic Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide exceptional service at every opportunity by building strong relationships and rapport with customers.
Requirements
  • 12 months experience working on a helpdesk or call centre (preferably).
  • Prominent customer service focus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Able to attend two weeks of on-site paid training.
