We are seeking an experienced Senior AI and Automation Engineer to join our team. This role requires a strong background in AI, automation, and software development, with a focus on building scalable and efficient solutions.

In this position, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying domain-specific Large Language Models (LLMs) that integrate with various systems and data sources. You will also work closely with our Analytics team to extract key insights from data and build insightful dashboards to support business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering production-grade automation solutions using platforms like n8n, Airflow, Zapier, or similar tools. Additionally, they will possess excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and gather business requirements.

  • Job Requirements:
  • Python & SQL: delivered production systems that handle real data and users.
  • Workflow orchestration: hands-on with n8n, Airflow, Zapier, or similar automation platforms.
  • AI/LLM experience: Demonstrated experience leading AI/ML projects from conception to production.
  • Clear communicator: translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and gather business requirements.
  • Vector/RAG expertise: experience with embeddings, vector databases, or retrieval patterns
  • Cloud platform experience: deployed and managed systems on GCP, AWS, or Azure
  • Training mindset: created documentation, tutorials, or enabled others to use technical tools
