AI Engineering Skills Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our engineering AI skills development efforts. As the Engineering AI Skills Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our engineers have access to the best training and development opportunities.
This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including technology skilling teams, engineering leaders, and key leads, to drive skills-driven training among engineers.
The successful candidate will work closely with our AI Powered Engineering squad to ensure engineers are embracing, learning, and utilizing AI tools effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
- Promote and drive all engineering skills-driven training initiatives.
- Maintain a transparent and up-to-date skills curriculum.
- Collaborate with the technology skilling team to align training programs with business goals.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in similar roles within technology environments.
- Good understanding of engineering skills development and training methodologies.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience working with Agile ways of working, including tooling such as Jira & Confluence.
