Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager in Corporate Tax to drive growth and deliver exceptional tax advisory services. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our tax division.

The Role:
As a Senior Manager in Corporate Tax, you will work closely with the Director and Partners to lead the team, manage a prestigious client portfolio, and drive business development efforts. You will have a direct influence on the strategic growth of the practice while providing tailored, expert tax solutions to high-profile clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive business growth by building strong client relationships and identifying new market opportunities.
  • Lead client service teams.
  • Offer tailored, strategic tax advice and resolve complex tax issues.
  • Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals.
  • Oversee the review of income tax returns and provisions.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and governance frameworks for corporate clients.
  • Provide guidance on business structuring, tax due diligence, and cross-border tax matters.


Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A degree in Business, Commerce, or Finance with a major in Accounting.
  • CA qualification (or equivalent).

  • Extensive experience in corporate tax advisory, compliance, and consulting.
  • Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management.
  • Leadership and mentoring experience, with a passion for growing and developing high-performing teams.
