Their Brisbane office is growing, and they are seeking an experienced Corporate & Commercial Lawyer to take the lead on high-impact matters within a collaborative, people-focused team.About the Position: This is a rare opportunity for a talented Corporate & Commercial Lawyer to take the next step in a rewarding career.
You'll work closely with dynamic partners and senior colleagues on a portfolio of major clients including private enterprises, national corporations, and government bodies.Your work will cover:Corporate advisory and governance issues Complex commercial transactions and business structuring Mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and capital raises Drafting and reviewing shareholder, service, and supply agreements Commercial risk and regulatory compliance Mentoring junior team members and contributing to firm strategy You'll enjoy a high degree of autonomy with the support of a national team that values collaboration and results.
