
Strategic Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Small Business Banker. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with small business customers, providing them with tailored banking solutions and ensuring their financial needs are met.
- Key Responsibilities:
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with small business customers
- • Provide expert advice on banking products and services to meet the specific needs of small business customers
- • Identify opportunities to increase revenue through cross-selling and upselling banking products and services
- • Develop and implement business growth plans to drive sales and revenue growth
- • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of banking products and services to small business customers
