Job Title: Surgical Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and develop innovative surgical techniques through various channels.
  • Identify, vet, and train surgeons or candidates for successful product adoption within the surgical community.
  • Organize and facilitate training courses and workshops to enhance proficiency and knowledge of our products.
  • Develop and manage relationships with local faculty and proctors to strengthen our network and support clinical adoption.
  • Ensure our technologies are readily available and accessible to surgeons within relevant hospitals in our targeted region.
  • Attend relevant conferences and workshops to enhance visibility and strategically position our offerings within the market.
  • Collaborate with the wider field team on special projects aimed at driving market adoption and growth across assigned specialties.
