Medical Device Sales Leader

We are seeking a Territory Manager to lead the growth of our medical device sales in Western Australia, targeting critical care settings. This role involves strategic account management, clinical education, and new business development.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a territory plan to drive growth across ICU, ED, theatres, and related critical care settings.
- Manage key accounts, build relationships with key opinion leaders, and expand product utilization across the state.
- Implement tender and pricing strategies aligned with national guidelines.
- Collect and share market intelligence on competitor activity, product feedback, and customer insights.
- Collaborate with marketing, clinical education, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in medical device sales, preferably in critical care.
- Previous clinical background is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with clinicians, biomedical teams, and procurement professionals.
- Ability to work independently and cover a large geographic area.
