About the Role

We are seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality asset management, property maintenance, and capital improvement projects across our housing portfolio. This critical role ensures our properties remain safe, compliant, and sustainable, supporting our mission to transform lives.

  • Lead the development and implementation of asset management strategies, including responsive, scheduled, and planned maintenance.
  • Ensure all assets comply with regulatory, statutory, and WHS requirements, including certifications for essential services.
  • Manage contracts to deliver high-quality, cost-effective service that meets performance KPIs.
  • Monitor property condition and maintenance performance, driving continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
  • Project manage and maintain/upgrade works from planning to completion.
  • Deliver on compliance, reports, and budgets, developing strategies to ensure consistent standards.
  • Proactively manage stakeholder relationships, including funders, and respond to escalated issues.
  • Contribute to developing and implementing strategies connecting tenants to additional support by participating in tenant feedback and managing informal and formal appeals/complaints.
