Job Description

This role is critical in ensuring our properties remain safe, compliant, and sustainable, while supporting our broader mission of transforming lives through secure and affordable housing.

  • Lead the development and implementation of asset management, including responsive, scheduled and planned maintenance.
  • Ensure all assets comply with regulatory, statutory and workplace health and safety requirements, including certifications for essential services.
  • Manage contracts to ensure high-quality, cost-effective service delivery that meets performance key performance indicators.
  • Monitor property condition and maintenance performance, delivering continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
  • Project manage and maintain works from planning to completion.
  • Deliver on compliance, reports, budgets and develop strategies to ensure consistent standards.
  • Proactively manage key stakeholder relationships and respond to escalated issues.
  • Contribute to developing and implementing strategies that connect tenants to additional support by participating in tenant feedback and managing informal and formal appeals and complaints.
