**Company Overview**:
Our client is a leading provider of fluid transfer solutions, catering to industries such as Agriculture, Mining, Manufacturing, Defence, and more. They specialize in valves, pumps, and related equipment. They are expanding their operations and seeking an ambitious Account Manager / Business Development Manager to join their team in Sydney, NSW.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets in assigned industries.
- Identify and qualify potential customers through proactive lead generation.
- Nurture existing client relationships, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored fluid transfer solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and monitor sales performance.

**Skills and Experience**:

- External sales experience OR Internal sales experience with a strong desire to develop your career
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Results-driven mindset and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Familiarity with the fluid transfer solutions industry is a plus.
