The Executive Assistant, Asset Management Branch is responsible for the coordination and delivery of executive support for both the Executive Director, Asset Management Branch and the provision of administrative support to the branch.
You will provide high-quality, trustworthy, executive support to the Executive Director, managing complex correspondence and calendar requirements and coordinating workflow. You will act as a pivotal point of contact with internal and external stakeholders, have great interpersonal skills, ensure clear written and verbal communication, and will have proven experience dealing with senior executives. You will work with staff within the Homes Victoria as well as with Executive Assistants across the department. You will undertake a range of discrete, and often confidential tasks and manage briefings.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

- Provide a wide range of Executive Assistant support functions to the Executive Director, including diary management, meeting coordination, and compilation of meeting papers.
- Provide a wide range of administrative and business support functions within the Branch, including providing quality assurance and management of ministerial and official departmental correspondence.
- Maintain information and records using departmental administrative and business support systems following procedures for electronic filing, tracking and actioning of correspondence and other business functions.
