Rehabilitation Case Manager

We are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Case Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and tailored responses to return-to-work challenges, including strategic advice where appropriate.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain complex relationships with internal and external stakeholders. They will also have a deep understanding of the APS Values and Code of Conduct.

In this role, you will contribute to the establishment and implementation of initiatives that drive positive outcomes. You will work closely with managers to ensure quality outputs, including the development of a safe and healthy workplace culture.

  • Developing and supporting complex relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contributing to the identification and implementation of system and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

This is a full-time, non-ongoing position with a contract length of 6 months. Work hours are Monday to Friday. The work location is in person.
