Clinical Operations Coordinator

The Clinical Operations Coordinator is accountable for the efficient management of patients on the Planned Surgery Waiting List. This involves working within established guidelines to ensure seamless care delivery from waitlist placement to surgery.
- Processing waiting list forms in a timely manner as per policy requirements
- Accurate data entry and maintenance on the Patient Administration System (PAS)
- Forwarding patient and clinician queries to the Surgical Liaison Nurse
- Monitoring Category 1 patients to meet admission deadlines and Category 2/3 patients for timely access to surgery
Salary and classification information: HS1 - HS17 ($58,442 - $64,610 per annum pro rata) + over award ($4.4447 per hour)

- Proficient Microsoft office skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel
