Company DescriptionJoin Abano Healthcare and be part of a supportive, patient-focused team.Location: Level 7, Suite 3/20 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000Melbourne Dental Specialists (Periodontal Associates), part of the Abano Healthcare network, is seeking an experienced and motivated Part-Time Clinical Coordinator to join our busy practice in the heart of Melbourne's CBD.Job DescriptionCoordinating daily clinical operations and patient flowSupporting the Periodontist and clinical team to deliver high-quality careManaging treatment schedules and patient communicationsAssisting with case presentations and treatment coordination discussionsMaintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with practice policies and proceduresSupporting the training and development of team membersBuilding positive relationships with patients to enhance their treatment experienceQualificationsPrevious experience as a ClinicalCoordinatorwithin aDentalpractice is essentialCertificate III in Dental Assisting or Certificate IV in Dental Assisting (highly desirable)Experience with Oasis software (advantageous)Strong organisational and communication skills with a patient-first approachAdditional InformationWhat we offer:Part-time role: Enjoy the flexibility
