Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Coordinator to join our busy practice in Melbourne's CBD. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating daily clinical operations and patient flow, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating daily clinical operations and patient flow
  • Supporting the Periodontist and clinical team
  • Managing treatment schedules and patient communications
  • Assisting with case presentations and treatment coordination discussions
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with practice policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Clinical Coordinator within a Dental practice is essential
  • Certificate III in Dental Assisting or Certificate IV in Dental Assisting (highly desirable)
  • Experience with Oasis software (advantageous)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with a patient-first approach
