About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Scheduling and Workforce Coordinator to join our team in Port Macquarie. As an experienced professional in workforce planning and scheduling, you will be responsible for creating effective care worker rosters to meet customer service requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create efficient care worker rosters to ensure exceptional customer service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategic workforce plans, including roster changes, leave and absence management, and new employee onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and employee records.
  • Provide professional phone support to customers and care workers.
Requirements
  • Experience in rostering and scheduling staff in high-volume work environments is preferred, but not essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to build strong partnerships and gain buy-in from stakeholders.
  • Prioritise tasks effectively and manage competing demands.
  • Strong time management with the ability to take initiative and solve issues.
  • Values teamwork and approaches change positively.
  • Proficient in MS Microsoft Suite, with prior exposure to online rostering systems being an advantage.
  • Fully COVID-19 vaccinated.
