Job Title

Lead Business Analyst

Job Description

This role involves leading the design of a precinct's operating model, encompassing structure, governance, processes, technology, people, and performance.

  • The successful candidate will facilitate co-design workshops with stakeholders from various faculties, divisions, and partners to develop a comprehensive operating model.
  • They will lead and coach business analysts on project deliverables in line with EPMO standards, ensuring seamless integration and effective communication among teams.
  • The ideal candidate will build trusted relationships across the organization, defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and success measures for precinct operations.
  • They will identify potential issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions, providing actionable recommendations for mitigation strategies.

In this role, you will also be responsible for creating and delivering presentations to diverse audiences to support project communications.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in operating model design, business analysis, and enterprise transformation within large, complex organizations.
  • Proven experience in leading a team of business analysts and developing robust solutions using strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and facilitation skills, with a proven track record of influencing and negotiating with diverse stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Experience building and maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders to foster trust and support for initiatives.
