Job Description

This role is pivotal in driving strategic transformation across our clients. You will lead complex, enterprise-wide programs, provide strategic guidance, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Your work will drive change, improve performance, and shape the future of the organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, deliver, and implement large-scale transformation programs and projects.
  • Provide senior leadership and strategic advice to ensure program success.
  • Drive performance improvements and optimize enterprise programs.
  • Foster collaboration across teams to share information, manage dependencies, and reduce risks.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the Business.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex strategic programs, working with relevant teams.
  • Ensure programs meet business requirements.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • 8+ years of experience in project management, business transformation, or consulting, including the design and delivery of business process outsourcing (offshoring) programs.
  • Extensive experience leading transformation programs or projects in complex, multi-disciplinary organisations.
  • Proven ability to deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with experience guiding teams through change.
  • Deep knowledge of people-focused programs and their impacts.
  • Experience managing high-profile programs with significant stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong background in large, complex organisations.
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, commerce, or a related field.
  • Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or change management are preferred.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and plan strategically.
