About the Role:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders on strategic transformation initiatives.
  • Lead successful delivery of consulting engagements, ensuring alignment to business outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Translate complex business and IT requirements into impactful solutions using Atlassian tools and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal practices (e.g. Cloud, ITSM) to co-develop and tailor transformation offerings.
  • Identify new opportunities for account growth, including upsell and cross-sell strategies.
  • Partner with sales and senior consultants on strategic planning and proposal development.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing across the organisation.
  • Drive creation and evolution of reusable frameworks, tools, and best practices.

About You:

  • A minimum of 10 years of consulting experience, ideally in business or IT transformation.
  • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, strategic thinking, and ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
  • A natural ability to lead discussions, foster engagement, and drive meaningful outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT and/or equivalent relevant industry experience.
  • Senior consulting experience, with proven track record in creating enterprise solutions.
  • Full-time work rights in Australia.
