Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Manage: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy and lead its dedicated team with confidence and vision.
  • Compound with Care: Ensure safe and effective medication preparation while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
  • Clinical Oversight: Provide expert guidance and support to Pharmacists and Technicians, ensuring they have the resources and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Mentorship and Support: Develop and maintain strong relationships with local healthcare providers and the community, fostering a culture of collaboration and trust.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in pharmacy services, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing solutions that enhance patient care.
Essential Requirements
  • Australian working rights.
  • AHPRA general registration as a Pharmacist.
  • Minimum 3-years Pharmacist experience in an Australian setting, with demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Desirable Skills & Experience
  • Pharmacy experience in compounding services.
  • Community Pharmacy management experience.
